Publicado el 6 septiembre, 2018 ANTECEDENTES El caso MALO DONOSO contra HERNÁN ANDRADE se desarrolla en 1980, para la fecha el Código del Trabajo establecía las siguientes disposiciones sobre el desahucio: Art. 184.- Del desahucio.- Desahucio es el aviso con el que una de las partes hace saber a la otra que su voluntad es la de dar por terminado el contrato. En los contratos a plazo fijo, cuya duración no podrá exceder de dos años no renovables, su terminación deberá notificarse cuando menos con treinta días de anticipación, y de no hacerlo así, se convertirá en contrato por tiempo indefinido.
